Description
From above, the land flattens out into dust and wire. Transmission towers march across dry paddocks near Moorabool, Victoria, tilting shadows in the afternoon light. An aerial photograph that turns power infrastructure into pencil marks on brown paper — quiet, isolated, indifferent to the viewer.
Industrial scale rendered small by altitude. The towers don’t know they’re in a photograph. The paddocks don’t care. Taken from a drone at the precise moment the geometry aligned and the landscape looked like something drawn rather than grown.
